DKNY first came into my life when I heard the song by the Notorious B.I.G. where he rhymes with the brand. I bought a sweater the first time I went to visit my friend in New York and we went to an outlet mall which I used for many years.
I was very excited when I got my hands on this beautiful backpack and wanted to paint something that someone could take on a backpacker journey across the world, especially since this exhibition is done at the hitchhiker gallery.
